To request a repair or adjustment for your custom wig, you will need to follow these steps:

  • Shipping Instructions: Once the repair is confirmed, we will provide you with shipping instructions on how to safely send your wig to our workshop.
  • Assessment and Repair: Upon receiving your wig, our artisans will perform the necessary adjustments. We strive to handle all repairs with the utmost care and precision.
  • Final Review and Return: After the repair, we will conduct a final review to ensure everything meets our high standards. The wig will then be shipped back to you, ready to wear.
